      • If you select “No”– only future passing times will show on today’s eMAR.
        • Example: If the Start Date is 10/29/2025 and the passing time is 8:00 AM, and your current time is noon, the order will not appear on the eMAR today, but will begin showing tomorrow.
      • If you select “Yes” – the system will show the 8:00 AM order today on the eMAR charting screen.
  6. Common Reasons an Order May Not Appear on the eMAR Screen
  1. The Start Date is set in the future.
  2. The Yes/No box for creating past events was not answered correctly.
  3. The eMAR Enabled switch is turned OFF.
