Starting at the Dashboard, select a resident and navigate to:

PATH: Resident -> eChart -> eVitals

1. Open resident menu and select eChart/eVitals 
   

2. At Resident Vital screen, click '+Add New

At the vital entry screen record the vitals and when finished, click Save button.
