Create a shortcut to eResidentCare by adding an icon to your desktop and mapping it to eResidentCare. 


Steps:

  1. Right-click or tap and hold any blank place on the Windows Desktop.
  2. Choose New > Shortcut.
  3. Type in www.eresidentcare.com into the box for the location
  4. Click Next, give the shortcut a name (i.e. eResidentCare), and click Finish.




The next time you log into eResidentCare use this icon. It will take you to the website where we recommend you do and click on the Customer Portal. By going through the website to log in, we can keep you up-to-date on the status of the program.
