If you have not received any emails from eResidentCare Support System (support@eresidentcare.freshdesk.com) there is a good chance that you will find the emails in your "Junk Folders." Below are instructions on how to add us to your Contact List/Address Book in some of the more common email clients.


Search for your email client below (If you can not find yours search Google (or any other search engine) on how to add an email to my Contact List, Whiltelist or Safe List. Or reach out to us and we can help you):


 Outlook  

To add our address to Safe Senders in Outlook:

  1. Select Actions > Junk E-mail > Junk E-mail Options... from the menu in Outlook
  2. Go to the Safe Senders tab
  3. Click Add
  4. Type our email address “support@eresidentcare.freshdesk.com”.
  5. click OK


 Apple Mail  

If email from support@eresidentcare.freshdesk.com ends up in your junk mail folder:

  1. highlight the email or open it and click ‘Not Junk’ at the top of your screen.
  2. Then Go to Mail > Preferences from your Mail menu
  3. Go to the Rules tab
  4. Select Add Rule
  5. Give this rule a name such as eResidentCare Support
  6. Create a rule that says “If any of the following conditions are met: ‘From’ ‘Contains’” and then paste in “support@eresidentcare.freshdesk.com”
  7. From the actions, select Move message to mailbox Inbox.
  8. Click OK


 Gmail  

To ensure our emails are delivered to your inbox, you need to add our email address to your contacts list.

  1. Click the Gmail drop down arrow that is located above the “Compose” button in the upper left side.
  2. Click “Contacts” from that list.
  3. Click “New Contact” 
  4. Add “support@eresidentcare.freshdesk.com” in the email field
  5. You will now see us appear under the link “Contacts”.
  6. Click the link “Contacts” and the in the “Search Contacts” form field.


 Mozilla Thunderbird 

To ensure our emails are delivered to your inbox, you need to add our email address to your Address Book.

  1. Click the Address Book button
  2. Make sure the Personal Address Book is highlighted
  3. Click the New Contact button. 
  4. Add Add “support@eresidentcare.freshdesk.com” in the email field
  5. Click OK



 Hotmail  

You need to add “support@eresidentcare.freshdesk.com” to your “Safe List” as follows:

  1. If you find email from support@eresidentcare.freshdesk.com in your Hotmail junk folder, open the email and click “Not Junk”
  2. Check the “Blocked Senders” to see if support@eresidentcare.freshdesk.com appears in this list.  
  3. If support@eresidentcare.freshdesk.com is in this list, select it and click on the “Remove” button.
  4. Next, open your mailbox and click “Options” in the upper right hand corner
  5. At the top of the page, click on the “Junk E-mail Protection” link
  6. Next, click on “Safe List”, which is down near the bottom
  7. Copy and paste support@eresidentcare.freshdesk.com where it says “Type an address or domain”
  8. Click the “Add” button


 Yahoo  

You will need to setup an email filter.

  1. First go to your inbox and check the box to the left of any email.
  2. Then select the “more” tab & click “filter emails like this.”
  3. A dialog box will open with options to add the email address of a trusted sender to filter. 
  4. Enter in support@eresidentcare.freshdesk.com to flag as safe, type a name for the filter into the “name” field (such as eResidentCare Support).
  5. Then select “inbox” under the “move the message to” drop-down. 
  6. Click “save”.
