To activate your account follow these instruction:

  1. First you will need to locate that activation email that was sent to you. 
  2. Look for an email from support@eresidentcare.com with the subject line of "Support user activation" 
  3. If you do not see this email check your junk/spam folders. Some email clients will also allow you to search for emails.You can search using the information from step 2.
  4. Make sure to add support@eresidentcare.com to your list of excepted email recipients (especially if you find this email in your "Junk" folder). 
  5. After you have opened the email click (Or copy and paste the link in your web browser) on the url that will direct you to the page where you will activate your account and select a password! 
  6. You are now ready to login to eResidentCare Support.
