Follow these steps to end the care plan as well as the eTask. 

  1. Select the Care Plan from the menu bar at the top.
  2. Click the edit icon next to the care plan.

  3. Click on the Resolve Care Plan button on the bottom of the screen.
  4. Click OK to confirm that you want to resolve this care plan. 


This will add a stop date to the scheduled interventions (eTask), and send the care plan and the associated eTask to history.
