Adding residents pictures requires access to the Resident Detail menu under Residents. The Resident Detail screen is split into 5 sections, the section 'Additional Information' section is where you can upload a picture.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the resident that you want to add a picture, click on their name to open their records.
  2. Under menu Resident select Resident Details.
  3. Click the plus under the section Additional Information and at field Upload Photo click on the Choose File button.
  4. Locate your picture on your computer and click the 'open' 
  5. Once selected click the Save at the bottom of the Resident Details screen.





NOTE: 

  1. If you use your iPhone or iPad to take pictures, make sure you do not take the pictures upside down as that is how they will be saved when uploading. If you have this problem, please use this link to resize and save the right orientation.  <http://www.picresize.com/
  2. If you upload a picture with high resolution, it may look distorted or take a long time for the picture to open when accessing that screen. To solve this, use the resize link   <http://www.picresize.com/> and crop the picture, using the size 90 x 90 pixels for best results.

  1. Crop your picture into a square. 
  2. Choose a custom size and enter 90 x 90 pixels. 
  3. Save the picture to your computer. Follow the steps above to upload it to your resident's Resident Detail screen.
